Beginning Tumbling I

Develop your tumbling skills in this specialized class. We will be working front tuck rolls, back tuck rolls, straddle rolls, bridges, back bends, hand stands as well as cartwheels, one handed cart wheels and round offs. Basic conditioning and stretching will be included to start strengthening the muscles for harder skills. You must have mastered these skills in order to advance to intermediate tumbling. All ages are welcome!

Advanced Tumbling

YOU MUST HAVE STUDIO APPROVAL BEFORE ENROLLING IN THIS CLASS: Develop your tumbling skills in this specialized class. This class requires you to have mastered all skills from beginning and intermediate classes. We will be working on defining our front handsprings, back handsprings, connecting round off back handspring, connecting skills for longer passes as well as working back tucks, front aerials, back handspring step out and front handspring step outs. This will be an intense class with a lot of conditioning to strengthen muscles as well as flexibility to improve skills. All ages are welcome!

TuTu Cuties

Designed for that two year old toddler in your life that is looking to be a ballerina or just looking for a place to meet some fun friends. This beginning ballet class is 45 minutes long and focuses on learning basic ballet technique, as well as improving gross motor skills. And our little Tutu Cuties will participate in our spring recital for with one routine! Have your cameras ready!!

The class will focus on the fundamentals acrobatic technique, teaching such skills as handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, back bends, walkovers, balance, contortion tricks, and more!

Pointe empowers ballet dancers to achieve their career goals through developing their technique, their artistry, and their self-confidence. Pointe supports the body weight on the tips of the toes, usually while wearing structurally reinforced pointe shoes. Recommended for ages 11+

Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative program developed by Marie Walton-Mahon for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in classical ballet. Each exercise has been developed with care and guidance with a team of physiotherapists and focuses on the use of muscle memory to improve students’ understanding of core stability, weight placement and alignment.
